📦 Shipping & Delivery
Q: What are FeathernWeave's delivery standards and costs?
We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping for all Australian orders over $99 AUD. Express shipping within Australia, as well as all international shipping, will incur an additional cost, which will be confirmed at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally, and what about duties and taxes?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please note that customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and customs charges applicable in the destination country. These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
Q: When will my order arrive?
Domestic shipping can take approximately one to ten business days from the time your product is dispatched from our warehouse. While we strive for timely delivery, note that delivery times may be subject to delays outside of our control. All tracking information is provided via email upon dispatch.
Q: How will my order be delivered and tracked?
Your products are delivered by Australia Post and other local couriers. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order is ready for delivery. If your order contains multiple products, they may be sent in separate parcels.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?
Should you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at contactus@feathernweave.com.au. Once an order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be modified or cancelled and the product must instead be returned to us in accordance with the returns policy.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
Q: Are there exceptions to the Exchange Policy?
Yes. All items purchased from the FNW SALE STYLES collection, marked as Final Sale, or categorized as accessories are ineligible for exchange or store credit.
