📦 Shipping & Delivery
Q:What are the feathernweave delivery standards and costs?
We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping for all Australian boutique orders over $99 AUD. Orders below this threshold incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99. Express shipping within Australia, as well as international delivery, is calculated at checkout to ensure the most efficient transit for your Atelier pieces.
Q:Do you ship internationally, and what about duties and taxes?
Yes, FnW offers worldwide shipping to our international muses. Please note that customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges applicable in the destination country. These fees are independent of feathernweave and are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
Q:When will my order arrive?
Each order undergoes a boutique quality-check at our studio before dispatch. Domestic delivery typically takes 2 to 8 business days from the time your product is dispatched. While we strive for timely delivery, please note that transit times may be subject to external delays. All tracking information is provided via email upon dispatch.
Q:How will my order be delivered and tracked?
Your FnW selections are delivered by Australia Post and our network of local premium couriers. You will receive a bespoke tracking link once your order is ready for delivery. If your order contains multiple silhouettes, they may arrive in separate parcels to ensure each piece is
protected.
Q:Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?
Should you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our team immediately at contactus@feathernweave.com.au. Once an order has been processed for dispatch from our Atelier, it cannot be modified; in this instance, the product must be returned in accordance with the FnW returns policy.
🔄 Exchanges & Returns (The FnW Boutique Policy)
Q: What is the Feathernweave return policy?
We offer a flexible, tiered return policy to ensure you find your perfect Sculpt fit.
- Full Price & Lightly Discounted (Up to 20% off): Eligible for a Full Refund, 110% Store Credit, or Exchange.
- Sale Items (Over 20% off): Eligible for Store Credit or Exchange only.
- Archive Sale & Clearance: These items are Final Sale and ineligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
All returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be in original, pristine condition.
Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, if you purchased your item at full price (or with a discount of 20% or less), we offer full refunds to your original payment method. For items with a discount greater than 20%, we offer Store Credit or Exchanges to help you find an alternative you'll love.
Q: How do I arrange a return or exchange?
To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at customer.service@feathernweave.com.au with your order number. Eligible items must be posted back within 7 days of approval in original unworn condition with all FnW tags attached.
Q: Are there items excluded from returns?
Yes. To maintain hygiene standards, earrings and intimates cannot be returned. Additionally, any items from "The Archive Sale" or marked as "Clearance" are Final Sale. We also do not accept returns for jewelry or home decor damaged due to failure to follow our Care Guides (e.g., exposure to water, perfume, or improper washing).
Q: Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable service, as Feathernweave is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?
We move fast! Once an order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes. Please email us within 1 hour of placement at customer.service@feathernweave.com.au and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.

Q: What is the FnW Collective?
A: The Collective is our exclusive community for conscious curators. Members earn Style Credits on every selection and gain access to bespoke styling cues and exclusive events.
Q: How do I earn and use Style Credits?
A: Credits are curated through your online selections and community engagement. You can apply these credits to future edits by selecting your preferred reward in the FnW Rewards portal.
Q: Do my Style Credits expire?
A: To honor our slow-fashion mission, Style Credits remain active for 12 months from the date they are curated.
Q: How does the Referral Program work?
A: When you share the Collective, your friend receives a $15 welcoming gift (for selections over $75), and you are gifted 500 Style Credits once they complete their first edit.
Note: Referral rewards expire after 30 days and exclude Archive Sale items

Q:What defines feathernweave fabrication?
Our pieces are crafted from signature, engineered premium fabrics. With our new direction of in-house manufacturing, we oversee the production of our Sculpt Collection to ensure unparalleled structure, support and lasting quality. Our materials are designed to move with the body while maintaining a defined silhouette.
Q:What are the care instructions for my FnW pieces?
To preserve the artisanal quality of our materials, we recommend a cold gentle machine wash or hand-wash. Lay flat or hang to dry in the shade. To maintain the integrity of the Sculpt fibers, never tumble dry and always refer to the specific care label found within the garment.
Q:Do you offer a sizing consultation?
Yes. To ensure the perfect fit for your repertoire, a detailed Sizing Chart is available on every individual product page. As FnW garments are tailored for a sculpted fit, we encourage reviewing these measurements before finalizing your purchase.

Q: Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. FnW operates on the Shopify platform, utilizing 256-bit SSL encryption and tokenized payment systems. Your financial security and data privacy are guaranteed through one of the world’s leading e-commerce providers.
Q:Do I need a promotional code for boutique offers?
At feathernweave, we strive for an effortless experience. Many of our boutique offers and seasonal events are applied as automatic discounts at checkout. However, for exclusive events or our FnW Welcome Offer, a specific code may be provided. If you have a curated code, please enter it in the 'Gift card or discount code' field during the final stage of checkout.
